EMILy Reilly, MS, RD

Emily (she/her) is the owner and founder of Emily Reilly Nutrition. She is a Registered Dietitian specialized in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and obsessive thoughts about food and body. Through a non-diet approach, she provides nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents (ages 14+) of all genders and backgrounds. Emily strives to support her clients in making necessary behavioral changes to break away from maladaptive and harmful patterns related to food, exercise and body image. Using evidence-informed skills, nutrition science, an exploration of the connections between food, body and feelings, and a dash of humor, Emily aims to help her clients develop a neutral relationship with food and their body. In other words, she will help you to ditch diet culture and learn to eat intuitively. She welcomes the opportunity to support you along your recovery journey.

Emily has practiced in the field of eating disorders for over 20 years. Prior to opening her private practice, Emily worked for over 12 years in all levels of care, at The Renfrew Center, a leading eating disorder treatment center. During her tenure at Renfrew, she first worked as a counselor. After completing her Master’s in Nutrition, she worked as a staff dietitian as well as the Regional Nutrition Manager. She also worked at BALANCE Eating Disorder Treatment Center and later at NYU Student Health Center, providing nutrition counseling for undergraduate and graduate students. Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Delaware and holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University.

Emily prioritizes self-care through reading, yoga, rock-climbing, and spending time outdoors. She loves traveling, whether it be somewhere local or across an ocean. Emily values her work as a dietitian and has a deep appreciation for being invited and trusted by her clients to be a part of their recovery journey.
